Model United Nations Trip
The International club has been attending the annual Model United Nations conference in Seattle since 1997.
At the conference, students act as delegates on commodities reflecting the actual UN. There they work to solve pressing issues that are assigned to them prior to the conference. There are different levels of difficulty depending on what committee they are in: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
Each student in the international club is able to attend by acquiring hours through club activities. This helps reduces the cost for them as well. A student can obtain hours by attending weekly meetings and volunteering for club events.
